Sorry to hear the lack of luck man. A good way to get work is to be the customer. A mall is kinda good to get quick cash.
Heres what you do.. go into the mall and spot nasties. point them out as a customer. Return the following morning in uniform and give quotes. It works on more than just malls. I steal ALOT of business away doing the very same thing. hope this helps a lil bit. just an idiotic good thing that works.

This might sound old school, But I take down the notes of what they want and how often they want it done. Then take it all back to the office and type everything out on my company invoice with the prices. Then go back and thats what I present as a quote. If they like it, then we both sign it for a finial price and I write a simple 30day clause contract with the invoice as the reference note.
