How much do you charge ? how much do you pay your help? what kind of check off list do you provide the customer in other words what are your services? ... just a little information please...

We use to do maid service... We are trying to get away from it... But with that being said... We still have about 12 houses a week left, which we will keep.. But not any new clients... But we always do alot od empty rental homes and apartments cleaning.. I have some check lists for the empty apartments if you want to see them.. Whats your fax?

I would avoid flat rates at cleaning houses you never will be profitable enough, and if you cannot clean a house thoroughly and properly do not bother because you will fail with customer complaints. House Cleaning is a personal experience unlike commercial cleaning which is just business.

Prices really vary by where you live and what others charge in your area and by that I mean Molly Maids Merry Maids , Maid Brigade charges and not what Maria and her bucket does cause they are not a business but a trunk slammer.
