Landed a sizable restaurant for daily cleaning. Kitchen question.

It can clean up to 3,770 sq. ft. per hour. One gallon clean water tank. recovery tank don't know.

That would be close depending on how fast it could bust up the grease. They do make good stuff.

I would think it will be faster then mopping floors twice.... fill up twice and dump imo.

That would be my only worry, can it make the 1200 sqr's without fill/dump.Minuteman makes fine products though

So far the job seems to be going according to plan. We got it down to a pace that gets us in and out right at 2 hours with 3 people. The only down side is the 7 days a week at 4:30 in the morning.

Going to pick up a backpack vac in 12 days when we collect for the first time. Thankfully they were receptive to us keeping a credit card on file so we can collect right away with delay.

I'd love to bring in a forth person and get myself and the wife a day or two off a week but we'll probably hold off on that for a few months.

Found a degreaser that I love. Aero Butyl 10 I think its called. Then I switched over to finishing mops. I can mop once on most areas and only twice down the main walkway.

I want to thank you guys for recommending the Pro Team vac. I've had it a week now and its been a massive time saver. I mean massive. I was able to combine all my vacuuming with the sweeping and we cut 25 minutes a day off this restaurant. That's nearly 3 hours a week this vac has saved me.

No more crouching down with a crevice tool to get all the way back to the wall on these booths.

Also been able to save a good 5-10 minutes on some of our small accounts too.
