Whay are people like this

My niece owns a cleaning biz, So her and my sister in law started cleaning this new account.
They get a call from the owner he tells her that they did not put the trash can of this woman back in the same spot.My sister in law empties the trash in this women's cubical the trash can is by the wall. Now my sister says she put it back in same place maybe off by a inch or so. she goes in the next day my sister can't move the can the woman velcro's the can to the wall. "LMAO". Not done yet niece tells them they should clear there desks off so they can clean them. The next nite they can't find cleaner to clean the desk. So they start to empty trash they find the cleaner with a rag on the desk of this woman. She put it there to make sure they clean her desk LMAO.She calls the owner tells him this is it, or she will drop him or won't clean her spot.

I do not feel that I am the one to ask. I have no "skill" to handle such!

I'll try.

I'd ask the one in charge there and ask that person what the LMAO wants and then some light maybe laid on the matter. The ones above that person my have a idea that someone is doing such!.

If by any chance it has to do with dealing with weird ass people, then laugh it off and keep cleaning. Some people are just nuts

sounds to me like the person being a pain, and thinks she is superior to your neice doing the cleaning.. I think your neice should flaunt the fact that she owns her own company. me personally wouldnt empty the person waste can. but thats me lol

Until you show your bank account withholdings that are more than the whiners houses are worth lol. but they have to pay it off for 50 years. But yes people think a cleaner is a filthy persons job. Even when I did janitorial For the Biggest hospital in southern oregon. I always got flak even by the cna's But I never cleaned anything up like the cna's did like the yuky stuff..

Makes a lil more sense.... I've found some people in life are just nasty and spiteful. I wouldn't take it personally. If it is a good account, I'd keep it and brush it off knowing she is a miserable person and have some empathy. If it is not a profitable account maybe I'd consider differently. Somethings are not worth the hassle.

I would not take that kind of stuff personal, you are going to run into 5% of population is just nuts and do not waste your time trying to figure out why

Although this person sounds loopy, i have always trained janitorial staff to straighten furniture and cans back in orderly way when taking trash.

Janitorial is a tough business. Janitors are the lowest of the low in many peoples opinion. They get blamed for everything, somebody misplaces something then the janitors stole it. I used to own a company that did almost a million sq ft a night, and I hated the mornings. If the phone rings at in the morning it wasnt to say what a great job you did. Some pee-on in a cubicle had a gripe. Not that I am saying some complaints werent justified,but most were not. Managed properties are the worst, owner occupied buildings where much better to deal with. Property managers are always trying to get away with paying as little as possible while the tenant expects far more.
