My solution line came up dry today! When I checked my Boxxer 421 I noticed that the water in the fresh water tank was not pumpinig into my machine.
Have any of you had this problem? Can anyone give me advise on troubleshooting??
Thanks Tom![]()

I have had that happen only once. I've had my sub mount system about 4 years now. What had happened was the freshwater pump had gotten air in it somehow and wouldn't prime. I disconnected it from the machine and put it to an open hose and it primed up fine and no problems since. If that doesn't do the trick then I would suspect you have a problem with the pumps head needing a replacement kit. My pump in uses an accumulator tank which takes a lot of load off the pump. They have a newer pump that supposedly doesn't need the tank, but I have serious doubts about how well it will work compared to the tank system. You will probably have to contact Jondon or Interlink or just about any major supplier if you need parts for that pump. They are fairly easy to work on, but you can put a whole new head on if you want to make it quick and easy on yourself. Here is a link to the pump that is on my system. http://www.jondon.com/catalog/produc...ducts_id=16396 They are extremely easy to work on and Jondon should carry a rebuild kit for the head or like I said you can buy the whole head and pop the old one off and the new one on pretty easy.

Could also be electrical. How do the wire connections look? Fuse? Do you have power going to the switch on the pump? Does it have a good solid ground? Alot of times I find that the pressure switch is out and it can be easily replaced.

What was the problem? Were you able to fix it yourself?
