    421 heat exchange

    Heat xchanger went fufu today. Blowing water out exhaust.

    Can one of yas clue me in what this may cost to repair/replace.

    further, can one of yas splain me how to prevent it next time?

    When the heat exchangers blew on my SteamAction, I switched to propane. Little Giant 3HT. It took some modifying but the unit is much more dependable now.

    That thought did occur to me but I want to fix this one..

    defently sure your waste tank is not full then if you think your heat exchange is a fault force feed your pump with a garden hose from the inlet side with the engine switched off and look for the leak
    (thats if you dont know wear it is allready)

    Hopefully you will find a burst hose if not you may need your exhange welded up
