    HM Spitfire 4.0 waste tank ?

    Hey boys, I have had good luck with my Spitty 4.0 so far except one thing. I have noticed that my tank can only get to about 24-25 gallons before it gets full and blows water out of the exhaust.

    Is this normal? Shouldn't I get more like 35-40 gallons before I have to dump? What can I do to fix this? Thanks

    That does sound abnormal. standard tank? and do you have an apo? Get the apo convesion kit. It a boxed little giant pump. it will hold upto alot of vaccum. and pumps good not great but does the job. I think interlink supply has them in stock in cali or someone will.. hope this helps. also.. what size tank is it? 60-70?

    Thanks nu tech. The tank is 50 gallons and a I don't have a APO yet. I will just play bucket brigade if I need to.

    Pick up a 30gal plastic barrel at the carwash. Unload your wastetank into it. Continue cleaning without wasting time on the Bucket brigade leave that for the portys.

    Thanks for the tip Gman, but I am trying to stay as little as room as possible. Thinking of just doing an APO. Still have not figured out why I can only get about 24-25 gallons before it starts shooting water out?
