Thread: Operations Manager needed

We need an experienced individual with great people skills. We're located in Metro Detroit. The economy in Michigan might be terrible but our premium service business is still very strong.
This is due to our uncompromising approach to how we handle our clientele. We have built our business with the marketing and value added service help of Howrd Partridge, Chuck Violand, and Steve Tolburen. If you believe in the principles and concepts they teach, then you could make a good candidate for this demanding position with our company.
My Operations Manager is leaving to work on a business he developed. I am in in need of an outstanding person that can help me consistently deliver the services we perform. We are in the very high end market, we clean more silk furniture and wool carpet than just about anyone, and restore leather and clean draperies beyond the scope of any other company we know of.

I need someone with the expertise to help guide our staff and help with difficult situations when they come up. You must be open minded and willing to tackle just about anything. we work hard and demand a lot from ourselves.
