Sorry I do not have a resume or cover letter.Do to the fact that I have never needed one. I was a branch trainer,senior lead tech,on call water team,disaster relief team .In addition I am also tile cleaning and color seal certified,Oriental rug specialist,and leather cleaning technician.Over the course of my career as a cleaning technician I started with a base pay of $8.50 or 10-11% . When I became a lead tech. the base was increased by about a dollar with 12-17% which ever was the greater depending on the amount of up-sale:.20% for all on call water work at first .After my office was consumed by a corporate reclaimed things slowly changed. I no longer enjoyed the thing I once took pleasure in, providing exceptional customer service. I went to work for the competitor where I was given a new van that was in my possession at all times company gas car and after proving myself as a honest and dependable hustler, I only needed to do my daily truck logs, dump, re-chemical my truck. In return for my solo efforts I was compensated 22% with no predetermined phone sales prior to the technicians initial inspection.The only minimum was a hosing fee of $159 which was only for three rooms of cleaning only. I did very well with this company.
