urine odor in grout

I cleaned the carpets in a long term rental today and there was a strong urine odor coming from the bathroom ceramic tile - the grout looked saturated throughout (dog was left for long periods in there). Is this something that can be cleaned/soaked with a deo? Thanks

use vinegar in a sprayer than extract with UP tool. no need to deo afterwards unless its under the toilet flange. if the silicone is missing then flood it out with sprayer then extract.

Vinegar will help. Not sure it will completely solve the problem. Then you only need tog et rid of the vinegar odor.

I suggest wetting the floor with TCU Neutralizer solution. Follow by cleaning the tile and grout. Seal the grout. You have taken care of the odor problem 100% and gotten the floor clean and protected.

If odor remains in the room, try Hydrocide or the new Hydrocide Xtreme deodorizer.

Shorebest 2352 BUGS AF is a microbial organism programmed for animal fats and by-products (grease, sugars, etc. It does a great job of eliminating those odros by simply spraying or mopping solution on. We have large malls that are using this exclusively to clean their restrooms and have had more compliments from customers.
