I'm not sure how much you want to spend to save space but.... MasterBlend has a new hose reel that is mounted on a fresh tank. The thing looks awesome but it is priced above $4,000.

I could not see in your video but the ceiling is a good place to store items off of the floor and out of the way. You just have to figure out a way to mount things up there such as wands, groomers, hoses, ect.

Ok so i went to my supplier today to get more info on how to get more space out of my van.
I told him i was looking into the water pound and he said you want more room right? i said yep he said thats not gonna happen with the water pound so i guess thats out. He told me just to go with a newer mod hose reel and that by it self will help big time cuz i have the old short and wide ones then put the psi/water reels right on the back doors or the van ceiling and also get a longer chem shelf that goes over the wheel well

so what do you guys think ?

yea forget the line ex and get some hose hooks and reels to put things in place. The van is great on the outside , but needs work on the inside. Not to be harsh, i get allover my guys if things are a mess, customers look at that.

Be careful not to scratch that new $1,300 interior paint job. Looks good!
