Try to get the clear tube in the frame. It is impressive when extracting the dirty water and also helps in knowing when enough dry strokes are taken. I have one and normally go right to left accross the entire room with the water on, then go back over the path left to right along with up and back using a dry stroke. Carpet looks like a plasterd swirl ceiling. My customers love the look. are you running off a TM? If so what PSI do you run it at?

When you run the Rotovac off of the carpet up onto the tile, can't it chip the tile or nick the RV glides?

It can if you don't know what your doing. But I've used the rotovac so much, it's became one with me.

I've never chipped a tile or did any other damage for that matter...

I'm using a portable wit 2-3 stage at 200 PSI, carpet dries in 3-4 hours.

I can hear that portable in the background.
It would help if the carpet was dirty at least?
