Most of the time its not by foot or room .... .You do it better and for less than the other and you might get the job .... I have done work for them in the past they pay 200.00 to 350.00 .. I think ?

I did ours in Medford about two years ago I think it was almost 4500 sf and they wanted it done for less than $250 so I said have fun with that. Thay called two months later wanting to meet my quote. then tried the same bs again So I dropped the account. wine stain removal and cheesy soils and various salad oil stains by the buttload.

I know a guy up here is getting 300... 50 wow for Ihop that's not enough ...
