We here have to keep a eye on it too... Think we may get brushed by..But could move closer in... After summer we had let it rain some .... No damaging wind just rain...

i just did a basement flooded due to a grease trap I have 500gallons full in the truck I need to get it pumped out to be ready for this storm other then that we are ready. Who knows if we will get it or not the farmers alminac said NJ was gunna get hit hard this year.

We were just down in Hatteras NC for vacation last week, sure did work out well because I did not add the vacation insurance to my package. It looks like they are evacuating that area now. lucky us!

It is really started to look gloomy here in Va Beach. We are prepared for the worst but hoping for the best. So far ok.

Be glad you were here last week - hatteras island tourists were evacuated yesterday and today the northern beaches were evacuated. It was too pretty out to be leaving the beach - we are starting to get a little wind about now.

We didn't get even 1 drop of rain. It has been very windy though. Glad it moved up and off the coast.
