still a 4.5 free flow blower whats the cfm on that 450 I believe the 405 has a 4.7 equivelent blower with back pressure and gets 405 at 2600 rpm's

a little smaller blower like on the legend 4.5 that gets 330 cfm so opening it up with a kunkle where's the cmf at on those machine and lift I get 15hg all day on my 405 still no where the consistent heat a el diablo gets! I would like to see the cfm numbers on that machine.

where did you happen to pick up diamond plate that big looks like 3 foot x 6 foot

You can get it at any local metal supply house, they come in 4x8 sheets.

Remember. Lift is superior to cfms. Lift is what lifts the water and dirt. Cfms is what takes it away.

Would love to see some detailed photos of this setup, looks great, I've just purchased a big box truck ( GMC W4500 ) w/dual wand machine, tanks & reels that needs a better setup. I see lots of great ideas.

What kind of TM and is that the hook ups for the vac hose to the left of you in the picture?

How about the noise? Is the eldiablo silenced well. I am currently using legends for my two, but an looking at retiring one and buying a new diablo...I am impressed with all of the features but i havent had a clear answer on the noise?? Anyone have one currenlty. Thanks

Rob that is a very nice setup. maybe you should do installs. become the west coast customs on the east coast. but love the way it looks.
p.s. did you have the tm wrapped?? looks good from the small area I could see. I thought about that but was afraid the heat would ruin the wrap

Rob do you mind sharing the total cost for van/truckmount?

A new butler is around $50 ish, anywhere near this?

With all commercial work we do van has been getting beat alittle, too much stuff especially when we have to strip floors/carpets at same time

Sure I will do a complete breakdown when I am done Shane. I expect to be finished in a few weeks. (Actually I am done 98%,I am just waiting on some custom shelves to do a video and pictorial)

ok rob this look awsome, I cant wait ot see the video once your done, but a couple of questions

1.) where did you order the side door from, looking at setting up my box soon, trying to line things up.
2.) is that a filter system for the water inlet, local home depo or lowes. Or is that specialty parts
3.) the hose wraps, is that something from TMF or is that something I can get localy

4.) you the man, let me hit the lottery and I would by a truck from TMF any time, the shelves look great. You guys are the West Coast customes in Truck Mounts. You should pitch this to tv, Pimp my Van, Carpet cleaning van. That would be awsome, they do cars, they do truacks , they do 18 wheelers, why not carpet cleaning vans.

pick on person out of tme for a once a year pimp my van grand prize winner. i would pay for a rafel ticket.
