Good job on the "set-up" fee.............I call them "PITA condo deals" but don't tell the custos that. hehe I usually run the hose off the balcony of if not out a window on jobs like that.

Also try running the hose straight down the center of the stairway, it so much easier setting up AND breaking down!

Dido on the above statement.... Buy a rope to pull your hoses up. Less footage of hose equals more vacuum and less stress on the body!

Not to mention the safety issues of having the hoses on the stairs. If it has to go up the stairs I run it in the middle of them so to keep them off the stairs themselves.
