I know Florida has been slammed by this recession. I am bending over backwards to keep my home there. Hopefully things will turn around and this "hurricane" will pass on by

Well I live in Cape Coral Fla., the 2nd hardest hit by foreclosures in the US. and things are slow here but things are starting to trend up. We have seen a lot of over seas investors buying up property's, it will take some time for our property values to come back..

Im doing great. All of us have been hit by this ressison. Even the very wealthy. Then you add in 'The Madoff Effect'. Having said that some of our clients have moved from a 10,000 sq ft home to a 3,500 sq ft home but are still using our service.

Well guys, I live in the Tampa Bay area and things
are tough! Many people out of work and the retired
folks are watching there pennies. I hope it turns
around soon.

Im just planning to start up on my own and its been rough mentally... I saw in the paper today Flagler county(north of central florida) has a 17.1% unemployment rate.. Statewide we are expected to be one of the slowest states to see a recovery from the slump if in fact we see any measurable rise here...
Working my current CC job Ive seen them take a hit and its been rough, but if you are hungry i think you can make things happen.
