ability to rinse carpet out thoroughly
target cleaning for odor removal
insures warranties stay intact
commercial volume......duh
the professional may offer a guarantee
move in arrangements (coming from out of town ect...so you clean ahead before you arrive)
rental turn around (some people clean professionally because it is stated on their lease to do so)
clean after professional exterminators **** your house
