it simple, you will need a 1/4 tee 3 close nipples 1/4 one 1/4 ball valve from home depot 7.00

take of the qick connect to your wand insert the 1/4 tee then hook your qick connect back up. then put a nipple at the empty poirt on the tee then 90 degree it with a street l then hook up your ball valve then put a brass 1/4 hose barb in the ball valve then have a hole drilled in the wand have a ss 1/4 copler weleded in p[lace then put a nother street l on the 1/4 copler then a 1/4 brass hose barb and a hose with 2 worm gear clamps and you are done/ takes about 20 minutes.

Justin
I emailed you some pics on how to do it.
It's on a Prochem Quad Jet Wand. It was easy to do it.
On the TI wand its an entirely different situation, unless you know someone who can do Titanium welding.

Mick

I think it is a great idea, especially if you have an on demand heating system like kerosene or propane with the ST-1 flow switch. Although the ST-1 flow switch is a superior device it does not activate when tools have a low number tip. So if if your using a stair tool or an upholstery tool without a bypass. Nicks set-up is a great idea.

Justin might I suggest a bypass machine too....it's easy...get a Rug Dr and put in downline of your truck mount. If you need a pic and instructions see our Rug Dr video...
