Reluctantly I am selling my equipment to pursue other avenues in my life. I really did enjoy this business while I was doing it though. Heres the deal, I would prefer to sell ALL of this to one individual, but The only thing I will separate is the unit from the ENCLOSED TRAILER. I may keep the trailer if you just want the carpet cleaning equipment (It will be at your cost, if any to get it out if you want it separate, but I will do all I can to accomodate you in getting it out as cheaply and easily as possible) I will try to remove it myself at your request after payment. Here is all thats included:

This unit was completely gone through by the guys at The Cleaners Depot and it has been run ning great ever since. Spent $1600 in january this year in upkeep and maintenance to get it running this good.

The trailer is I believe a 2001 model Pace American 6' x 10" enclosed trailer.

I'm sure there are a few things I'm forgetting.

I will have to load pics in the next few days. The unit and trailer to be honest could use some cosmetic tlc. As for the unit itself it functions great with consistent heat and pressure up to 1200psi. The only thing needing repair is the chemical system and heat exchange switch to change from water extraction to carpet cleaning. It is in the cleaning mode right now and I still use this unit. (about a $400 fix for both I was told). ~(If we can come to terms with a good price I will repair the unit so you will have a fully finctional machine when you come pick it up.)~ Its worked fine for me so far I just have decided to take a different direction in life. Take advantage of this opportunity to be your own boss. I'll be glad to instruct you on how to use it and clean carpet/upholstry if you like. I am an IICRC certified tech and have had zero complaints with my work so far. If you take your time and do a job properly the first time you shouldnt have any call backs for a re-do.

Because there is a classified section on TMF for items that are for sale...wether you are selling individual items or a package deal is completely irrelevant

old classified section...never got rid of it when they started the new one...
