Thread: Interlink Supply Holds National Distributor Conference in Park City, Utah

The National Network of Cleaning and Restoration Supply Distributors, Interlink Supply, recently held its Annual Distributor Conference at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah. The meeting was hosted by Bridgepoint Systems and co-sponsored by over 18 industry vendors. Distributors in attendance represented over 65 locations from across the United States.

During the conference Bridgepoint Systems introduced two major new product programs that will be available exclusively through Interlink Supply. The first program, HomePro by Design is a program of professional strength cleaning products that carpet cleaning professionals can offer to their customers, and direct their customers to the HomePro website for ordering. Products for carpet, hard floors and most surfaces are part of the program. The program calls for Interlink distributors to work with local cleaning companies to launch the program nationwide. Also introduced was the new line of Spinergy Stone Care Solutions by Bridgepoint that includes a full line of cleaning, protecting, and transforming/polishing chemical solutions and polishing pads.

Over 18 Interlink Supply Vendors participated in the vendor day, providing the attending Interlink Supply Distributors with the opportunity to learn more about all of the latest products being introduced to the industry.

The event was highlighted by the Awards Banquet on Thursday night, recognizing outstanding sales achievement by its members. The Rookie of the Year Award was presented to Ed Sobaski of Interlink Supply by Iowa Paper. The Chemical Sales Award went to Rick and Tony Stickel of Interlink Supply by Cleanserv. The Accessories Sales Award went to Mike Wheatley and Dr. Neal Seymour of Interlink Supply by Cleaner’s Closet. The Protector Sales Award went to Rick and Tony Stickel of Interlink Supply by Cleanserv. The Chemical Market Penetration Award went to Matt and Julia Nelson of Interlink Supply by Excel Supplies. Interlink Supply Distributor of the Year Award went to Mike Wheatley and Dr. Neal Seymour of Interlink Supply by Cleaner’s Closet.

I was presenting some information on Vaportek products for the vendor day, when I noticed people paying more than usual attention. Some were even snapping pictures with their cell phones. I thought they were really appreciating the information about the great Vaportek deodorizing products.

It turns out that Tom Hanks had just arrived and could be seen through the window behind me.

The meeting was held at a very nice resort. I understand Tom and other famous folks come frequently for the beauty and and quiet.
