Our technicians will schedule an approximate arrival time, and they will notify you if circumstances arise that they will not be able to meet the agreed upon time.
Your time is valuable and we respect that. We will ask when making the appointment time if you would be interested in being called if we can get there earlier.
We do not book jobs on top of one another. This allows us to do a job right and then get to the next job on time. Sometimes we are able to get to the next job early and have found that our customer enjoy have the option.
