How Old Is Your Van?

I am curious to hear who may have the oldest van running around, doing the deed?

C'mon be honest. Lets hear it! I'll start by saying one of my vans is an 1987

Ford Econoline E250. She still runs great after 23 years! Sure there are some dents and dings, but I buff it out occasionally.

I guess there is a downside to keeping my vans in such great working condition over the many years. Methodical oil changes and maintenance are partly to blame for the success of keeping it running so long.

1994, still looking good with a wash and wax! The CDS has good vac and holds hot water temperature.

97, but is a 10 cylinder engine, whith 150.000, I bet I can race a Dodge Charger, LOL the only problem is the gas, The engine size is 7.2

Thats funny you mention 10 cyl. I was looking at a government van with 10 cyl and duelly rear wheels. I was going to get it. I always wanted a van with duelly rear wheels but its a major pain when you gotta change one or more.

2005 express 135,000 miles carpet van
2009 express 12,000 carpet van
1997 chevy astro.... air duct cleaning van, janitorial................ 423,345 miles..... Just had a new motor put in it. I was so mad that theold one blew up! But hey look at my miles! I drive this van alot

I have a 1989 Chevy G30 van with 155,000 original miles.
and a 1994 Ford Econoline E-250 with 273,000 miles with original engine and transmission. I am ready to buy a new one but I'm just waiting for it to give me all its got. In order for a vehicle or a machine to last long just stay on top of your PMs and they will run strong for a long time.

I have 95 Chevy with 85K wouldn't mind updating it. But, is a dependable workhorse.

I have a 95 Ford e350 with 175k and a 2010 e250 with 14k on it and I actually like the 95 better!!!

Love those Ford vans, they run forever!!!
