Rugs - your New Year's resolution???

How many of you are planning to get into, or expand, your rug cleaning side of your business?

Are you expanding space, or staying in the space you have?

Are you looking for training, or moving ahead with what you know? (If you are looking for training - on what specifically?)

I'm curious how many of you have this as a resolution in the new year....

Growing the rug cleaning is my priority this year. Whether I move to another space depends on my success in marketing. I see so many different ways rugs are cleaned. I plan on visiting some rug plants to learn more about what others are doing. I also want to get better at Rug ID. Unlike 99% of carpets, there is always something to learn about rugs.
