custom wool rug orange look coming through rug

a client has a nice big custom gun tuffed rug latex on back rug cream and blue color has been cleaned by other companies i was called out to look at it tried a spotter to see if i could get transfer nothing happened more orange looking in the heavy traffic areas is there any thing that can be done to correct this rug

I tried to fix by putting commas ... still dont know what you are saying so i cant help sorry ...

Sounds like the latex is oxidized from age. The orange color comes from that. Nothing really that can be done. Toss the rug out and get a new one. If it has sentimental value, clean and store it, don't leave it out in the sunlight.

Don't know if this is it.

Could it be browning or a PH problem?

If so, just neutrilize the PH

Or-

Some hand tufted rugs have lines drawn on the backing for the patern that can come up when wet.

Very hard to remove.

Hard to give any advise without pics.

Really need photos on any rug help...because we all SEE and EXPLAIN things differently.

And some of us, well, a few of us...do like to us commas.
