The rayon absorbs a lot of urine. You may not ever get it out without an unreasonable amount of urine.
The rayon fibers will lay down and the pile will not stand up well after cleaning. IT will take a ton of brushing.
Charge $1,000. Go find another similar rug for $600 and replace it with a new one.

I would roll it up and take it back to her.
Tell her upon further inspection cost to restore it will exceed the value of the rug> It's from China.

So.... a rug like this, one that a customer allows to get this bad, I tell them "sorry, we don't do sewage work."
Here's the deal, if you wet wash this (which is what you would need to do, because a truckmount surface cleaning will NEVER get that odor or the urine out of the rug completely. and the latex backing will hold the odor even with a thorough wash regardless. So - it will be a bit shinier, but the yellow will all still here there, and the odor - and she will never pay for that. Those stains are permanent. Even if you tried to bleach them out only in the white areas (which is possible since it's rayon, and cotton source materials can be bleached CAREFULLY...) - it will take so many extra hours, she probably would need to pay you $1,000 for the work - and she could replace this for a few hundred bucks instead.
This is a cheap, disposable rug, which really should be tossed. It's like trying to clean a diaper to pristine again... why bother? Plus the agitation will make the fibers shed, and the rug will come apart with your wand strokes when they get too repeated. Rayon is very weak. I just can't believe they are making rayon tufted rugs... horrible.
This woman is never going to be happy. Even if you get 10 of 11 stains out - she will not want to pay you. Anyone who lets their items get this bad does not value "clean" or cleaners ... you are settling yourself up for a nightmare if you do this. Just say no.

OK now that is disgusting, I could understand one or two stains but those dogs used that as their bathroom and she let them. I would take Lisa's advice and just say no, take it back and don't get yourself into big trouble with that thing.
